Hour 24: AI posts refined goal + questions. AI drafts the map from all inputs. ACTIVITY 3: Map review + HMW notes (solo).
Hour 36: Deadline for HMW notes. AI organizes HMW notes. ACTIVITY 4: HMW voting (blind) + Target voting.
Hour 44: Deadline for votes. AI reveals results. Escalates to Decider.
Hour 46: Decider picks target. (Sync window if scheduled, otherwise async via DM.)
Hour 48: AI announces target. Phase 1 closes. Phase 1 summary posted. Phase 2 opens.
