Day 0: Challenge Brief distributed to team Day 1-2: Phase 1 — Understand (48h window) Day 3-4: Phase 2 — Diverge (48h window) Day 5-6: Phase 3 — Decide (48h window) Day 7-9: Phase 4 — Prototype (72h window) Day 10-11: Phase 5 — Test (48h window)
Also schedule:
- Customer recruiting starts Day 0 (same person as in original sprint)
- Sync windows pinned to the team’s time zone overlap (if any)
- Customer interview slots during Phase 5
Time Zone Considerations
- All phase deadlines are in UTC
- The AI converts to each person’s local time in reminders
- Sync windows should be scheduled in the overlap between the earliest and latest time zones on the team
- If there’s no viable overlap: skip sync windows entirely, use recorded walkthroughs instead
