AI Drafts the Framework

📖 STORYBOARD — Let’s build the plan for our prototype

Based on the winning sketches, here’s a draft storyboard. I’ve laid out [X] frames. Review and suggest changes.

FRAME 1 — Opening Scene: [e.g., “Customer reads a news article”] FRAME 2 — [Description] FRAME 3 — [Description] … FRAME 12 — [Final step]

For each frame, reply in this thread: • ✅ if it looks right • Suggest edits if something’s wrong • Flag gaps — what’s missing between frames?

Use content from the winning sketches wherever possible. Don’t invent new solutions.

Collaborative Refinement

The team edits the storyboard via threaded discussion. The AI updates the master version after each round of feedback. The Decider resolves any disagreements.

Storyboard Quality Check

Before closing Phase 3, the AI verifies:

  • The storyboard covers 8–15 frames
  • It starts with a realistic opening scene
  • Winning sketch ideas are incorporated
  • There are no unexplained gaps
  • Total customer experience is ~15 minutes
  • The Decider approves the final version
