Coordination in #sprint-prototype
This is the most coordination-heavy phase. The AI facilitates in #sprint-prototype:
- Progress updates: The AI asks for brief status updates at Hour 12, 24, and 36
- Blockers: If someone is stuck, they post in the channel and the AI helps route the problem
- Asset requests: The Asset Collector monitors the channel for requests (“I need a realistic profile photo” / “Can someone find a map icon?”)
- Writing handoffs: Makers flag where they need copy from the Writer. The Writer fills it in.

• You can prototype anything • Build just enough to learn, not more • The prototype is disposable — don’t fall in love with it • It must APPEAR real, but it doesn’t need to WORK • Goldilocks quality: real enough to get honest reactions, rough enough to finish on time • Dead ends are OK. Buttons that don’t work are fine. Customers ignore these surprisingly well.
