📝 HOW TO TAKE OBSERVATION NOTES

Watch each interview carefully. For every moment that stands out — good or bad — post a note in that interview’s thread.

FORMAT: 🟢 / 🔴 / ⚪ + your observation

EXAMPLES: 🟢 “She immediately understood the pricing page. Said ‘oh, that’s straightforward’” 🔴 “He couldn’t find the signup button. Scrolled up and down twice.” ⚪ “She compared it to [competitor] without being prompted” 🟢 “Described it to an imaginary friend as ‘like having a personal assistant’” 🔴 “Skipped the intro video entirely”

TIPS: • Write what you SAW or HEARD, not what you think should be fixed • Direct quotes are gold • Note the timestamp in the recording if possible • One observation per message • Don’t read others’ notes until you’ve posted your own (prevents anchoring)

That last point is important — the AI should encourage people to watch and post notes before reading teammates’ observations. This preserves independent judgment.
