The Reveal
At hour 0, the AI posts ALL sketches simultaneously in #sprint-sketches. This is the async equivalent of the Art Museum β everyone sees everything at once, with no sketch getting an unfair head start.
For each sketch, the AI posts:
π SKETCH: β[Title]β [Image(s)]
π€ AI narration: βThis solution shows [description of what the sketch depicts]. The customer starts at [X], then [Y], and ends at [Z]. The key idea appears to be [big idea].β
React with π΅ on specific parts you find interesting. Questions or concerns? Reply in this thread.
Why AI narration: In the original, the Facilitator narrates each sketch during speed critique. Since the creator is anonymous and canβt present, the AI provides a neutral interpretation. This prevents sketches from being misunderstood and levels the field between strong and weak visual communicators.
Heat Map
Instead of physical dot stickers, team members use emoji reactions on the parts they find interesting. The AI tracks reaction counts.
π HEAT MAP INSTRUCTIONS
Review all sketches in #sprint-sketches. React with π΅ on parts of any sketch you find interesting. Put multiple π΅ on the most exciting ideas. No limits. Vote on your own sketch if you want.
Post concerns as thread replies (not reactions).
β± Take your time. Heat map closes in [8 hours].
Anchoring risk: Unlike the original where everyone votes simultaneously, async reactions are visible to later voters. This is an inherent compromise.
Mitigation: The AI can encourage people to review ALL sketches before placing any reactions. And the blind straw poll (Activity 3) provides a true independent vote.
