The Interviewer follows the Five-Act script from Phase 4. Async differences:
Remote Interview Setup
- Video call (Zoom, Meet, etc.) with recording enabled
- Interviewer shares the prototype via screen share
- Camera captures the customer’s face (reactions are data)
- Record both the screen and the customer’s face if possible
- Test the tech 15 minutes before the first interview
Between Interviews
- The AI posts a quick prompt after each recording is available:

Quick reactions? Post observations in the thread. Don’t draw conclusions yet — just note what you saw.
Next interview: [time]
If a Customer No-Shows
- Contact the backup customer immediately
- If no backup is available, proceed with 4. It’s not ideal, but patterns can still emerge from 4 interviews.
